2 week challenge


I just returned home from a family Disney Cruise. After walking around the ship, seeing all of the mothers who have had 4 kids, walking around at a size 2, it really encouraged not only me, but everyone in my family to get back in shape and healthy.

Here is the CHALLENGE:

We have all heard of the Paleo Diet (eat only foods cavemen would eat). It’s so easy, a caveman could do it *insert canned laughter* 

My family will be doing our version of a Paleo Diet. Using all of the same guidelines, we are going to track our weight for 2 weeks. At the end of the 2 weeks, whoever has lost the most weight (in a healthy way) will win $250. That is great and all, but I want to get my FOLLOWERS in on the CHALLENGE

“OK PARKER, enough about your family. How can I get in on this action????”

IT’S SIMPLE. I will be posting about my meals EVERYDAY! You will need to follow Fast Foodie on INSTAGRAM and TWITTER using the handle, @FastFoodieUS
