Dr. Marcy Koontz, a professor at The University of Alabama and a creative mastermind, is changing the world one student at a time. I am one of them. Dr. Koontz opened my eyes to the world of creativity. She taught me there are no boundaries in creativity, and if there are, you’re doing it wrong.
Dr. Koontz is the creator of Black Belt Bamboost. She creates homemade products made from bamboo. Everything about this product is amazing, right down to the logo, which Dr. Koontz made by hand.
With a flavor unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, the bamboo salsa literally blew my mind. I have never tasted bamboo products before. I am glad this was my first experience, because it was amazing. The salsa was packed with flavor. Although Dr. Koontz keeps her recipe a secret, you can taste all of the amazing flavors. With a sweet, smooth finish, the salsa will leave your mouth watering. You can actually feel the freshness of the ingredients. You can definitely tell this salsa was hand-crafted. This salsa is NOT out of a Tostito’s jar *even though I sampled it with a Tostito’s chip….*
Dr. Koontz will be at the vintage market in Northport Alabama this Sunday, selling her products. If you are interested in them, feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I encourage you to check out the vintage market, as well as Black Belt Bamboost!
A huge thank you goes out to Dr. Koontz for supplying me with this salsa. Also, thank you for always inspiring me and all of your students! You are a force to be reckoned with.
Until next time, CHEERS!
